This web page sets out the relevant policies and principles for all works carried out by contractors, or their sub-contractors, either for or on behalf of the NHS Confederation (The Organisation).  As per the Organisation’s contract terms and conditions, all Contractors are provided with access to this web page and the Contractor agrees to act in accordance with these Organisation’s Policies.

Any updates to such policies or new policies notified to the Contractor from time to time in each case which are relevant to the Contractor in the discharge of its obligations under the Contract will be made available via this web page.
