The Evolve Collaborative features a state-of-the-art data analytics platform providing predictive forecasting bespoke to your trust. Data and interactive reports can be customised for everyone in your organisation, from boards, executive teams to clinicians.

We use AI and predictive analytics to look forward to forecast future trends, allowing you to spot issues before they arrive. Unlike traditional benchmarking approaches that focus on highlighting patterns in historic data, our model drive improvements against both existing and emerging issues. Crucially, our approach complements existing analytics.

Benchmarking

By benchmarking across your trust, with your peers, your region and nationally on metrics such as length of stay or low-value procedures, you can identify variation, realise in-year harvestable savings, support efficiencies and drive productivity improvements.

Combining benchmarking and our predictive analytics, you can evaluate the impact of investment and make the business case for further improvements.

Peer learning

The Evolve Collaborative is a new way of working. We combine market-leading, future-focused predictive analytics and benchmarking with peer-to-peer learning communities. Our learning communities are driven by the needs of our members and are a place for sharing best practice from exemplars and content experts, dissecting data and enacting insight-led plans that enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Our facilitated peer-to-peer learning communities are led by improvement specialists, supported by resources to help you to connect, collaborate and evolve together.

We are co-designed with our membership and for our membership – a true collaborative with an improvement focus – working alongside you to tackle variation, improve quality and improve health outcomes for your population.
