During this session, you will hear from colleagues from Wide Way Medical Centre and London Ambulance Service who have co-designed and co-delivered a joint call navigation offer to address the 8am rush in general practice. Topics covered include:

  • Delivering transformational change across organisational and cultural boundaries, and in short timescales
  • Building consensus around approach and resource allocation
  • Digital interoperability
  • Population health management
  • Empowering patients through education and information.

Chair: Matt Inada-Kim, consultant in acute and general medicine and visiting professor at Hampshire Hospitals and University of Southampton

Speakers include: Dr Johra Alam, Clinical Director IUEC for London Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Dr Sy Ganesaratnam, GP Clinical Director for East Merton PCN
