The session, supported by Mills and Reeve, will highlight the key issues to think about as your provider collaborative is developing, and how the learning from established mental health provider collaboratives can help in that development.
This event is part of a new Confederation-wide member support offer around provider collaboratives.
During the session we will hear from Dr John Brewin, chief executive of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, the lead provider in the East Midlands IMPACT Provider Collaborative who will share his experience and learnings from developing and running a provider collaborative.
Rhian Vandrill, partner at Mills and Reeve, will share her legal expertise and experience on ways to approach governance, contracting and risk management within provider collaboratives.
The session will be chaired by Evelyn Asante-Mensah, chair of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, who are the lead provider for the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provider Collaborative across Greater Manchester.
