Since the pandemic struck, clinicians and health care leaders have adapted their thinking about how care can be delivered. Pressures on the NHS have forced services to innovate and try new approaches, not just in their service delivery but also in their use of technology.

But as we work as integrated systems, with our partners,  what does the future look like? What role does virtual care have in recovery? What does 'good' look like? how do we support digital skills for both patients and staff as a system?

And importantly, how do we ensure virtual care benefits all and doesn’t deepen health inequalities? This breakfast briefing featured a range of speaker from across the system who explored these key questions as the NHS looks to capitalise on recent digital progress beyond the pandemic and moves into a more collaborative space.

This was the second in our Integration in Action Breakfast Briefing series.
