Equity by Design masterclass
A unique leadership masterclass tailored to meet the needs of BME Leadership Network members.
Speakers
Many of our BME Leadership Network members have told us that they need more support with their leadership development. In response, we are hosting a unique leadership development masterclass that will be delivered by leadership development specialist, Carol Cooper from Global Talent Compass.
The masterclass will be held in a highly supportive, person-centered environment which is psychologically and culturally safe. It will help members move beyond racism in all its forms, equipping them to reap the rewards of their talent by design and define their own strategy for success.
Carol has previously presented at a BME Leadership Network members' meeting, delivering a powerful presentation on how acting deliberately to cultivate advantage in the face of institutional, personal, and societal inequities requires an equitable mindset.
Cost
£100 plus VAT per person (Please note this is a heavily subsidised rate for BME Leadership Network members.)
