Meet the ICS Network Team

Sarah Walter

Interim Deputy Chief Executive, NHS Confederation and Director, ICS Network

Sarah has a background in health policy, working at the Department of Health and NHS England before joining the NHS Confederation in 2012.

Sarah Miller

Assistant Director of Communications

Sarah leads the NHS Confederation’s member and EDI communications function.

Helen Hunter

Assistant Director, Place Development

Helen Hunter is Assistant Director – Place Development and has been working at the NHS Confederation since early 2022.

Helen Wolstenholme

Assistant Director for Partnerships and Support

Helen is the ICS Network's Assistant Director for Partnerships and Support.

Edward Jones

Assistant Director, Policy

Edward works on policy for NHS Confed and supports the ICS Network team policy work.

Ian is a policy and public affairs specialist with a focus on healthcare

Communications Manager

Claudine joined NHS Confed in November 2023, after working with the organisation previously, and has a long career in healthcare communications.

Georgia joined the NHS Confederation as a Senior Policy and Delivery Officer, from the RCGP in 2024.
