Following publication of our 2024 report with the same title, we are running a series of webinars to illustrate the future role of primary care at a place-based scale in the coming years. Each webinar will provide guidance and practical tips for primary care leaders across England on developing collaboratives in their place-based areas.
In this session, hear from speakers on their journey developing the Birmingham and Solihull Community Care Collaborative. Established in 2024, the Collaborative is a partnership between primary care, community health services, community mental health services, social care and the community and voluntary sector.
Who is this webinar series for?
This webinar is for ICB primary care leads, PCN and GP senior leadership, chief executives, and transformation leads. Public sector individuals interested in learning more about provider collaboratives are more than welcome to attend.
