From 1 October 2025, as part of the 2025/26 GP contract changes, all practices will be required to have online consultation tools switched on throughout core hours. To support this, we’re running a joint webinar series with NHS England showcasing best practice, case studies, and guidance from localities who have successfully implemented and use online consultation tools. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, discuss support options and to work through any implementation issues.

In this first session, we’re delighted to welcome Dr Tim Caroe—a frontline GP whose practice has embraced the ways of working in modern general practice. He brings a unique dual perspective: not only does he understand the day-to-day realities of delivering care, but he also serves as primary care medical director for the south east and national primary care directorate lead for digital and data.

The session will be recorded for sharing within our app for Primary Care Network members and will take place on Microsoft Teams. As such, by joining this event, your name and email address may be visible through Microsoft Teams to other members of the network. This is functionality of Microsoft Teams we cannot alter.
