In light of the government’s ambition set out in the 10-Year Health Plan to create a National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme, join Jack Sansum from the NHS Confederation's Neighbourhood Health team to explore what implementation of this new model of care might look like.
Tailored for the Confed's associate members, this session will provide insights into the shift to a neighbourhood health service, as well as the challenges and opportunities for the future of community-embedded health provision. Jack Sansum, Assistant Director of Neighbourhood Health, will lead this session’s presentation; there will then be an opportunity for Q&A.
