Senior Policy Advisor

Jack joined the NHS Confederation in March 2023 as an engagement advisor leading our work on out of hospital care, before moving to his present position as senior policy advisor.

Prior to joining the NHS Confederation, Jack spent five years at a policy and public affairs agency where he specialised in health and social care policy. He led on policy, strategy and communications for organisations working in clinical research, system transformation, COVID-19 policy, mental health, learning disability and autism. ​

Jack studied politics at Cardiff University and holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Bristol. ​

Outside of work, Jack enjoys running, cycling and playing football. He is an enthusiastic supporter of Newcastle United and can often be spotted attempting to live out his childhood dreams on a five-a-side pitch in South London. ​
