A webinar to discuss best practice in regard to housing schemes, their residents, and the wider health and care system.

This webinar, in collaboration with the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (HACT) and the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) will seek to raise awareness within ICS, ambulance and community services about the work that housing associations and social housing providers do for their residents and how their resources can support the wider health and care system.
The webinar will share examples of good practice of partnership working and will examine the opportunities of system working to deliver improved health outcomes and a reduction in health inequalities.
In this webinar, we will explore:

- The role of integrated care systems in housing and health
- Best practice examples – partnership/system working
