13 March 2026

"Whether you joined us online or in person at the National improvement conference, or are just curious about the content, we've brought together all the resources on this page so that we can make the learning as accessible as possible to all... enjoy, and hope it brings you inspiration!"

Prof Amar Shah, National Clinical Director for improvement, England

NHS IMPACT hosted its second National Improvement Conference in March, this time in partnership with NHS Confederation and NHS Providers.

We welcomed over 200 improvers to the in person event in London, with a further 400 joining our livestream option on the day.

We are delighted to share outputs and resources from the day, including recordings from the livestream sessions, which will be added soon.

As part of the conference, we asked people to submit posters to share an example of improvement work that they were proud of, or to describe their organisational improvement journey.

There were votes on the day for the posters to win a National Improvement Award:

The people's choice winner, voted by the delegates, was Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
