NHS IMPACT hosted its second National Improvement Conference in March, this time in partnership with NHS Confederation and NHS Providers.
We welcomed over 200 improvers to the in person event in London, with a further 400 joining our livestream option on the day.
We are delighted to share outputs and resources from the day, including recordings from the livestream sessions, which will be added soon.

As part of the conference, we asked people to submit posters to share an example of improvement work that they were proud of, or to describe their organisational improvement journey.
There were votes on the day for the posters to win a National Improvement Award:
The people's choice winner, voted by the delegates, was Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
The winner of the National Improvement Award chosen by NHS IMPACT, was Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust:
Here is a downloadable repository of all the posters, which demonstrates the real depth and rigour of improvement work that is now happening across all parts of the health and care system, in all areas of the country.
