Dr Amina Aitsi-Selmi

Dr Amina Aitsi-Selmi advises leaders navigating complexity and institutional transformation. A former NHS medical doctor and public health consultant, she has worked with the United Nations and the UK government on disaster risk reduction and public health policy. Since 2016, she has worked with senior decision-makers on career transitions and leadership that starts from within, enabling systemic change. She is the author of The Success Trap, winner of a 2021 UK Business Book Award.
