This podcast explores how one integrated care system (ICS) is using digital ways of working and data to improve patient flow and alleviate winter pressures. Hear leaders from the NHS Gloucestershire integrated care board reflect on their role in driving this work, the benefits they have seen and the unique opportunities of the ICS to harness digital to drive impact. 

This podcast, as well as other resources, peer learning events and bespoke digital leadership development sessions, has been developed for ICS leaders as a part of the Digital ICS programme. This programme is delivered by NHS Providers in partnership with NHS Confederation and Public Digital and is designed to support ICS leaders to harness digital to deliver their system ambitions.
