Primary Care Innovation Convention
NHS Confederation will offer members the opportunity to be part of an experiential day that will provide a thinking space for implementing innovation across local systems. Working through a series of real-world challenges with facilitated activities and innovative methodologies to drive change and transformation at pace and scale, leaders will:
• Discover the challenges facing system partners in implementing change
• Learn how best practice is achieved, not just what it is
• Leave with tools to implement, support and embed innovation.
While places are limited, we would ask that a minimum of two people from each organisation attend the Innovation Convention so that they are better equipped to replicated this solution-based approach upon returning to their systems. The Innovation Convention will be taking place on 24 May in London and is free to NHS Confederation members.
