Leadership masterclass: Compassionate and positive cultures
Speakers
Our network members have told us that they need more support with the development of their leadership skills. In response, we are hosting a virtual masterclass on Tuesday 17 September, 2-4pm, with coach, author and consultant orthopaedic surgeon, Dr Aroon Baskaradas.
Dr Baskaradas is passionate about coaching and helping individuals reach their full potential, drawing from his experiences as a lecturer and founder of an education startup. He is also the author of two Amazon bestsellers that empower medical professionals with leadership and consulting skills.
About the session
Tailored to the needs of our network members, this masterclass will explore how to create environments where everyone feels valued, respected and heard. The session will:
- highlight the skills and behaviours needed to create an inclusive culture for teams and organisations that fosters positive staff experience
- empower leaders so they feel able to tackle inappropriate behaviours
- help troubleshoot challenges in both personal and professional contexts
- boost confidence and improve personal effectiveness.
The class will be delivered in a highly supportive and psychologically safe space.
