Networks Leadership Development Masterclasses
The NHS Confederation hosts three diverse leadership support networks offering members the opportunity to build on work to tackle healthcare and workforce inequalities.
As an organisation that represents and advocates for NHS leaders, we recognise that more diverse leadership leads to better decision-making. We are committed to supporting the development of the next generation of leaders by equipping them with the skills to progress in their careers and lead an NHS that cares for all.
We are delighted to announce a series of exclusive leadership development masterclasses, offered to members of our LGBTQ+ leaders, BME Leadership and Health and Care Women Leaders networks at a heavily subsidised rate.
