Led by Helene Usherwood and Heather l’anson, partners at Anderson Quigley with over 20 years headhunting experience, this session will provide valuable insights into advancing your career - whether you’re aiming for a board position or exploring your next leadership opportunity.

With a strong commitment to diversity, Helene and Heather specialise in supporting individuals from all backgrounds to showcase their unique skills and experience. They will share practical advice on crafting impactful CV’s and supporting statements, developing a professional growth plan, and honing interview techniques, both online and in-person.

This session is exclusively for members of the NHS Confederation’s leadership networks which include the BME Leadership Network, Health and Care Women Leaders Network, and Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders Network.

Cost

The cost has been heavily subsidised for network members at £70 per person plus VAT. We are offering an early bird discount of 20% for bookings made before 24th December 2024.
