Our recent leadership insight research aimed to better understand the leadership development and support needs of the chief executives, chairs and board members of integrated care boards.
The research, run jointly with NHS England, included a roundtable with ICB chairs, one-to-one interviews with a number of ICS leaders, and a survey sent to all ICB and ICP leaders.
Here are the key highlights from the insight results, which will be used to help develop suitable leadership programmes for the future.
