Pay Progression Policy
This policy sets out the reasons for pay progression and the procedure to be followed to deal with the pay step process.
It clarifies the performance ratings to be used and includes a description of each rating. The policy also covers issues arising relating to pay step progression and deferment and the process for handling any disagreement and it aims to ensure consistency of approach and application.
