Rupa has been a frontline GP for over 23 years and is the Managing Partner of Woodley Centre Surgery, Co-Clinical Director of Wokingham North PCN, and Deputy Chair of the Berkshire West Primary Care Alliance. 

Rupa also works as a Clinical Advisor for the Primary Care Transformation Team at NHS England, and is Transformation Lead for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

Rupa is chair of an NHS Confederation design group exploring workforce and estates in primary care.
