Watch the recording from the event

On Thursday 5 March, we were joined by Professor Stella Vig, deputy national medical director for secondary care; Dr Kiren Collison, deputy medical director for primary care at NHS England; and Dr Sian Stanley, GP Clinical Director at Stort Valley and Villages PCN and Urgent and Emergency Care Strategic Lead for Herts and West Essex ICB, for our webinar on how to deliver the Red Tape Challenge recommendations.

By exploring a real-world case study, this session showed how local teams can put these recommendations into action to:

  •  Strengthen culture and relationships across healthcare communities, enabling smoother, more collaborative interface working.
  • Improve underpinning infrastructure and processes, reducing friction and administrative burden.
  • Ensure more consistent, reliable healthcare delivery across organisational boundaries.
  • Enhance customer service and patient experience by cutting unnecessary bureaucracy and enabling staff to focus on what matters most.
