This session will be chaired by Stacey Hunter, group chief executive officer for University Hospitals Tees and will explore the national context for productivity.
We will hear from Jugdeep Dhesi, Deputy Director at the CPOC and consultant geriatrician at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust on surgical productivity and Toby Hyde, chief strategy and collaboration officer at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust who will present on allocative efficiency.
