This webinar, part of the NHS Confederation’s Connected Leadership series (supported by Boehringer Ingelheim), how clinical and system leaders can harness data, collaboration, and courage to drive population health impact.

Using a South London case study, with Professor Janaka Karalliedde, we will uncover what effective system leadership looks like in practice; from early detection and integrated care pathways to scaling innovation across boundaries.

Janaka is a clinical professor of diabetes, in the School of Cardiovascular Medicine and Metabolic Sciences, King's College London. He is an active clinician with more than 20 years of experience and specialist expertise managing patients with kidney and cardio-vascular complications related to diabetes at Guy’s and St Thomas Hospital.

Join us to reflect on the leadership approaches that make transformation possible - curiosity, collaboration, courage, and clarity - and be inspired by how, in this case study, seeing a system differently has led to real change and innovation.

We hope you will leave the session considering what opportunities you might have to affect a similar shift in your system.
