Ravy is committed and passionate about primary care workforce and sustainability. She is an experienced and results driven primary care senior leader, with an outstanding track record for collaborating with primary care stakeholders to deliver the best care in general practice.

Key highlights include establishing a unique general practice peer support team and proactively improving quality of primary care services through a quality improvement approach.

Ravy has also developed of a primary care workforce strategy implemented by a practical 4Rs framework; Recruit, Retain, Resilience & Reform, resulting in an increase to General Practice workforce numbers and one of the best performances in the region for the recruitment of PCN roles funded by the Aditional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).
