Mia Hussain

Mia is the Welsh NHS Confederation’s administration support officer while Sophie is on maternity leave, where she supports the team across diary management, events and communications. She is the main point of contact for enquiries for our director, Darren.

Before joining the NHS Confederation, Mia worked in finance at Nuffield Health Hospital and also ran her own business, which she founded in 2019. Originally from the North East of England, she relocated to Cardiff in 2025.
