May Connolly

May is the Community Manager at Heeley Trust, a community anchor organisation in Sheffield, working across Heeley and Gleadless. The team take a place-based, community-led approach to improving health and wellbeing, and making the community a safe, happy and healthy place to live, work and play. Working with Heeley Plus PCN, they provide a successful and innovative social prescribing service.

Using her wealth of experience in managing and coordinating community programmes and projects, she is passionate about working with people to make a positive impact in the community she lives and works in.
