Leadership and Development Consultant

Louise Wheeler supports with the delivery of the Primary Care Network's primary care leadership programmes. She sits within the NHS Confederation's Leadership Development Team. 

Louise is an organisational psychologist, specialised in supporting leadership and organisational development and change. 

Prior to joining the NHS Confederation, Louise led the Senior Leadership Programme curriculum for the Civil Service Leadership Academy, designing and facilitating it for executive and board level. She has extensive experience working with leaders in challenging operating environments, which need specialist OD and team resilience interventions.
