On 19 April, the Health and Care Women Leaders Network held its first fireside chat featuring Dame Linda Pollard. The conversation was led by network chair, Samantha Allen, and deputy network chair, Tracie Jolliff.
During the event, Dame Linda Pollard discussed her career journey and shared insights on the biggest obstacles she had faced as a woman, how she navigated them, and how she best recovered from mistakes. She also shared her learning on being more inclusive and equitable in your practice, as well as what inspired her.
