Prize draw terms and conditions

Full terms and conditions for a prize draw following participation in a online card sort exercise.

3 September 2025

The promoter of this prize draw is Manifesto Digital Limited on behalf of NHS Confederation (Promoter).

The prize draw is open to members of the NHS Confederation except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

You will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you (a) complete an online card sort exercise (in full); and (b) provide your email address (Entry Email). All entries must be submitted via the online card sort exercise and only one entry per person is permitted.

The opening date for entries is 03/09/2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 11/09/2025.  Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on or around 11/09/2025. The winner will receive a £100 voucher from John Lewis. The winner accepts that their email address will be shared with the voucher provider. The winner will be notified by email to the Entry Email no later than 28 days after the Closing Date. The prize will be sent to the winner’s email address within 14 days. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the NHS Confederation’s privacy policy.

These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
