Thomas Blain

Thomas is a recent graduate of Ulster University with a degree in Politics and International Studies. He recently participated in the Washington Ireland Program, where he spent the summer working in Washington D.C for Congressman Gregory Meeks, the Ranking Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Prior to joining NICON, Thomas worked as a Casework and Communications Officer for a Member of the Legislative Assembly.

Thomas initially joined the Northern Ireland Confederation for Health and Social Care (NICON) as an Intern in August 2024, focusing on the NI Public Sector Chairs' Forum.
