"Sarah is chief executive of Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She was appointed acting chief executive in October 2020 and received her substantive appointment in September 2021. She originally joined the trust as deputy director of finance in April 2015 and progressed to director of finance in 2017. 

With 22 years of experience in the NHS, she has held various senior finance roles and brings extensive business management expertise gained from the retail and audit sectors. She currently serves as chair of the Lincolnshire Mental Health, Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Autism Alliance, driving improved outcomes for the local population. In addition, she is co-chair of the Midlands MHLDA Workforce Partnership Group and plays a key role as a provider partner in the East Midlands MHLDA Alliance, working collaboratively across a footprint of five million people."

Sarah has been involved with the NHS Confederation as board member for our Mental Health Network.
