Paul created Do OD, the expert Organisational Development resource for the NHS that helps OD professionals to connect, share, learn and grow. Do OD is a vibrant and thriving community that is advancing the practice of OD, enabling people to transform systems. Do OD is delivered by NHS Employers in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy.
Paul joined NHS Employers in 2013 following a decade of successful roles in the NHS where he specialised in organisational development. Paul's career covers the NHS, social services and the voluntary sector in a range of workforce development, L&D and HR roles. Paul has a Degree in Psychology, a Masters in HR Leadership and is working on a Doctorate in organisational development. He is an associate member of CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
