Nicola Turnbull

Nicola is PCN manager of Rutland Health PCN.

Having started her career in the NHS in 2018 as a patient services administrator in a small GP practice, Nicola worked her way up into data management before moving into the PCN as manager in 2021. She works closely with the local authority and community partners to deliver local health improvement projects, and manages a growing team of over 20 PCN staff. She also works collaboratively with the Rutland health and wellbeing board to shape strategy at place level.
