Dr Nicky Lambert is an Associate Professor (Practice) at Middlesex University, registered as a specialist practitioner with the NMC and a Senior Teaching Fellow (SFHEA). She is co-director of the Centre for Coproduction in Mental Health and Social Care.
Nicky has extensive experience in mental health services, both in the UK and internationally, supporting staff and practice development in acute and mental health trusts, councils, businesses, and charities. She actively promotes mental health and wellbeing as a forum member with the RCN and Unite.
Additionally, Nicky serves on the editorial board for Mental Health Nursing, is a member of MHNAUK, and participates in the education and policy committees. She engages with local trusts and has contributed to developing national policy on women's health.
Nicky is also a Trustee for The Bridge, a women's wellbeing charity, and serves as a reviewer for various national bodies and higher education institutions. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, music, weaving, and gardening.
