Nick Downham

Nick is a leading healthcare quality, systems thinking and organisational development specialist. He is committed to helping professionals and communities be their most impactful improving healthcare quality, productivity and outcomes. Nick has shaped, and continues to shape, some of the largest and most enduring quality, organisational development, leadership programmes and improvements in the NHS. 

He is a member of visiting faculty at the Health Systems Innovation Lab at London South Bank University and is a graduate of the groundbreaking Lean Enterprise Research Centre at the University of Cardiff. Nick supports frontline teams and their leaders at all levels in services across primary and secondary care domestically and internationally.
