Nathalie Skinner is PCN Manager and Digital lead for Fleetwood PCN.

She is leading the ongoing growth of Fleetwood PCN whilst maintaining their ‘family’ structure and supports their multi-disciplinary team with a strong focus on social prescribing and what they provide for the Fleetwood community.
