Molly Tate
Molly Tate is part of the 2024 cohort of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, specialising in general management. In her first year at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, she held operational roles in Radiology & Imaging and Urgent & Emergency Care, focusing on improving patient access and supporting frontline teams.
Molly later completed a secondment with The Cellar Trust, a mental health charity in West Yorkshire, where she collaborated with the executive team to shape the organisation’s five-year strategy and engaged senior leaders across the integrated care system.
She is currently based in BTHFT’s Strategy and Partnerships team, where she leads efforts to review and refresh the Trust’s strategic framework and contribute to its future corporate priorities.
Molly graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Psychology, where her research focused on the cultural competency of mental health services. She is passionate about reducing health disparities and improving experiences for underserved communities, with a personal interest in women’s health.
