Mike Barker

Mike has more than 25 years working at senior level in the NHS and Local Government within the north west combined with a commercial and consulting background. 

For the last seven years he has been working in Oldham where he is currently deputy chief executive at Oldham Council responsible for adult social care, public health and corporate transformation but also operates as a joint appointment with NHS Greater Manchester ICB as the Oldham place lead for health and care integration.
