Mel Duffy

Mel joined the Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance in 2018 following 15 years in strategic and operational leadership roles in both acute and community NHS trusts. Her experience of improving and developing services to deliver quality, on-time care has helped the Alliance to increase access for local patients and to secure contract awards for new services that support local general practice.

As a former data and analytics specialist, Mel has a strong interest in population health management and using data to inform service design and delivery to improve outcomes, health and wellbeing.
