Mandy Rayner

Mandy is a luminary advisor at St Vincent's Consulting and has served as a senior healthcare advisor for the past four years, including three years as a digital NED for Southwest Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

She has been senior advisory lead on multiple EPR transformation programmes, covering various care settings such as acute, mental health and community.

From 2015 to 2021, Mandy was the managing director of digital health at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT), overseeing Information Management and Technology services. She was also the managing director of The Health Informatics Service, a hosted provider of Information Management and Information Technology services to multiple care organisations across the NHS.

At CHFT, she led one of the largest EPR programmes in Europe, earning the Digital Health Networks CIO of the Year award.
