Leila joined the NHS Confederation in July 2025, supporting integrated care systems across a range of policy areas.  

Leila has a Masters Degree in Health Service Management and over seven years experience in operational, strategy and policy roles across central government agencies in Australia. She is passionate about innovation and transformation, with strong experience in strategy and policy development, implementation and evaluation, executive stakeholder engagement, data analysis and co-design.
