Policy and Data Analyst

Dr Laura Hielscher is a policy and data analyst in the strategic policy team, with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research. Prior to joining the NHS Confederation, Laura completed a PhD in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, where her work focussed on children’s health and wellbeing, including feeding challenges for children with Down syndrome. Laura is passionate about using evidence to inform policy and improve outcomes.
