"Laura Earnshaw is the Founder and CEO of myHappymind, an organisation committed to delivering preventative mental health education to children, parents, and teachers across nurseries, schools, and homes. Her NHS-backed programmes, myHappymind and myMindcoach, have positively impacted hundreds of thousands of children across more than 2,000 settings in the UK and beyond.

Before establishing myHappymind, Laura spent 15 years in senior strategic HR roles within FTSE 100 companies, including Accenture, AstraZeneca, and PwC, where she served as Global Head of Talent and Development. 

In 2020, Laura released her first book, My Happy Mind, which became a bestseller. The book explores the science and methodology behind her programmes, empowering families to build positive and sustainable habits.

Laura’s work has been recognised at the highest level. In 2025, myHappymind was awarded the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of its impact on education and children’s wellbeing.

She is also a board member of the NHS Confederation Mental Health Network, NIA Fellow and a trustee of the Mental Health Foundation, reflecting her deep commitment to embedding preventative mental health into mainstream policy and practice.
