Kerry McQuade

Director of Strategy and Transformation, North East Ambulance Service

Kerry was appointed to the role of director of Strategy and Transformation at the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) in March 2023, having previously held the position of assistant director.

Kerry’s previous experience includes working for the NHS Confederation, developing relationships with a wide range of NHS organisations to inform national policy development and implementation. She was also head of delivery for the Vanguard Programme in Sunderland - working with a wide variety of providers to implement a new model of care for patients and carers in the community.

Kerry is passionate about supporting women in leadership positions and is executive sponsor of the Empower Women’s Network at NEAS.
