Katie Jones

Katie has over 18 years of experience working in primary care, beginning her career on reception and steadily progressing to assistant manager and then practice manager. In 2018, Katie was part of a successful practice merger, bringing together five practices to form HMG, where she took on the role of operations manager.

Katie has developed an extensive knowledge of practice management, staff leadership, and the operational challenges of primary care, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient services and supporting teams to thrive in a changing healthcare environment.
