Judith is a highly respected registered nurse and Queen’s Nurse, bringing over 25 years of dedicated experience in primary care across Kent, Medway, and south east England. As clinical lead for the Kent and Medway Primary Care Training Hub, Judith plays a pivotal role in supporting and developing the full spectrum of multi-professional roles, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and innovative patient care. 

Judith’s leadership was instrumental during her tenure as clinical director of Canterbury South Primary Care Network, where she guided teams through the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic. Her commitment to professional and personal development is reflected in her additional qualifications, including a diploma in counselling, which enhance her ability to empower colleagues, friends and families in their growth and wellbeing. 

A passionate advocate for emotional health in the workplace, Judith is renowned for fostering environments where individuals and teams are encouraged to think differently, prioritise wellbeing and build resilient, supportive cultures.
