Jonathan Barron

Jonathan has been a part of the NHS Confederation since April 2021. Jonathan leads the Confed's strategic finance policy work, co-leading the Finance Forum. Over the course of Jonathan's time at the Confed, he's led our work influencing Budgets and Spending Reviews, while publishing reports and discussion papers on topics ranging from capital investment to payment system reform. 

Prior to joining the Confed, Jonathan worked for a range of policy bodies in topics as diverse as climate change and aviation regulation, in both the UK and New Zealand.
