James Williams

James has worked in the NHS and local government for over 25 years, working strategically in a number of complex health and care systems across the country. He is currently one of the system leaders involved in the transformation of Kent and Medway into an integrated care system.   

James is passionate about building community resilience and shaping systems to ensure population health management approaches genuinely improve outcomes for the most disadvantaged. 

As a three-time Olympian, James is passionate about the benefits that sport and recreation can play to empower communities to address disparity and other challenges they face.
